Meet The Owner

Christine McCarty

I have often been asked why I enjoy my career so much. I’ve been in the real estate industry since 1998 and quickly realized the unique God-given gifts I have to help people. I believe that led to my career as a Transaction Coordinator, co-founding a local 501c3 non-profit (Community Blessing Outreach) and delivering Meals on Wheels on a weekly basis to homebound seniors. My experience, organization skills, attention to detail, and system implementation give me the tools to assist real estate agents with smooth closing transactions along with assisting their clients step-by-step throughout the process. Meet Toni

Toni De La O

As a 23+ year real estate professional, Toni has enjoyed working in many different capacities over the years. Toni was licensed in New Mexico in 2004 and is now a licensed Texas Broker. She spent the first few years creating and growing a transaction management company where she supported dozens of top producing agents. A few years later, she wore the Agent hat and was honored to be a mentor/coach to several new agents. After moving to Texas, Toni was offered a great opportunity to work on the broker level at a premier local brokerage where she gained a comprehensive understanding of all things broker related. She is well versed in NAR, TREC and MLS board compliance. She also had the pleasure of training seasoned agents as well as new agents on contracts and addenda. Toni has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to compliance and risk management. Staying true to her servant’s heart, Toni volunteers her time as a Teen Mentor with Catalyst Collective, an organization dedicated to empowering and guiding young individuals towards a brighter future. She is also a mentor for the Williamson County Juvenile Court and is a CASA volunteer. Her life goal is to have Value, Meaning and Purpose.
